Introducing the Body Part Bow! - Its a WIP, But Oh So Fun!

Picture this: you're knee-deep in the thick of battle, surrounded by foes on all sides. Your new trusty bow is at the ready, but instead of arrows, you're loading up severed limbs and heads. Yeah, you read that right - we're talking about our brand spanking new Body Part Bow!

Now, before you start scratching your heads (or should we say, shooting them?), we want to make it clear that this bad boy is still a work in progress. But even in its early stages, it's already a BLAST to use. There's something undeniably satisfying about lobbing body parts at your enemies and watching them scramble in confusion. Stay tuned as we continue to fine-tune this feature for maximum mayhem!

Shape Up The Action with New Camera Shake! - WIP

You know that feeling when you land a knockout blow or narrowly escape a fiery explosion? It's the kind of adrenaline rush that keeps you coming back for more. Well, get ready to experience it like never before with our new Camera Shake feature!

We've added a subtle shake effect to the camera that enhances the gameplay feel and immerses you even further into the chaos. It's all about making you feel like you're right in the thick of the action, giving every punch and explosion that satisfying ‘oomph’ . The Camera Rumble feature will debut in the next build, so get ready to dive into the chaos with an even more immersive experience!

Upcoming Features

Our recent community playtest on Reddit and Itch.io was an absolute blast, and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. Seriously, you guys rock!

The feedback we received was beyond our wildest expectations! 🎉And guess what? We’re taking it all to heart!

Here are the hottest feedback topics from our test, along with our plans to explore/address them over the coming weeks/months:

  • Multiplayer/Co-op we are working on it status This one's been buzzing like crazy! While it's not currently on our roadmap, the overwhelming demand has us itching to explore the possibilities of cooperative mayhem. Stay tuned for updates on this front!
  • Mobile Compatibility we are working on it status While mobile might not be in the cards just yet, we're not ruling out the idea entirely. Once we've made more headway, we'll circle back to explore how we can bring the chaos to your pocket devices.
  • Balancing Stamina/Throwings we are working on it status We heard you loud and clear on this one! We're gearing up to fine-tune the stamina mechanics to add depth to combat and ensure no one-trick-throwing ponies dominate the battlefield.
  • Control Improvements (Jumping) we are working on it status We're on it! Making the jump feel less like floating on a cloud and more like a lightning-fast maneuver is at the top of our to-do list. Get ready to leap into action like never before!
  • Impactful Attacks we are working on it status Brace yourselves for some serious oomph! We're cranking up the camera shake and sprinkling in some extra visual flair to make every hit feel like a thunderclap of awesomeness.
  • Clearer Gameplay Mechanicss we are working on it status No more head-scratching moments here! We're brainstorming ways to make every aspect of the game crystal clear, from grabbing and punching to unleashing the devastating kicks and punches.
